KinesteX v2.11.4: Fixed workout launch for personalized workout plan and changed Instruction mode switching

This update fixes an issue with the workout getting stuck at 0% loading when launching from a personalized workout plan and also switching between exercise video and camera component during workout will be less persistent, showing after every 5th mistake or after 20 seconds of inactivity (instead of previously 10)
