On iOS devices in Low Power Mode, we now auto-switch exercise videos to GIF playback. This lets videos continue playing without user interaction, but at a reduced frame rate (around 10–15 FPS). This is a temporary workaround; in future versions we may revert to standard video and ask for a tap to play during workouts.
