This update introduces automatic instruction mode feature that helps users improve exercise form by intelligently switching to instructional video when needed. The system automatically detects when users struggle (5 consecutive mistakes or 10s without activity) and guides them with instruction videos. It also includes performance optimizations, UI/UX improvements, and bug fixes across the platform
Instruction Mode System
Automatic instruction mode that triggers when users make 5 consecutive mistakes or remain inactive for 10 seconds
Auto-exits after 2 correct reps, or can be manually toggled via swap button
View transition animations for smooth video/camera switching
Temporarily disables AI audio feedback during instruction speech playback
Works for both rep-based and timer-based exercises
UX Improvements & Bug Fixes
Removed loading from the assessment page in personalized plan
Fixed back navigation through swipe for iOS after workout completion in personalized plan
Fixed shouldAskCamera functionality
