Audio controls

  1. Enable audio control for rest period inside the workout. Currently it is being controlled by the exercise.

  2. Enable configuration for the audio output (speed, style exaggeration, different voice characters)

  3. Enable inserting custom elevenlabs voice id

  4. Add character limits: 250 for rest audio and 120 for mistake feedback
