This update advances our backend migration with safe workout plan integration, bringing the client-side migration to 90% completion. We're now focused on migrating the admin dashboard to finalize the transition.

Backend migration benefits include up to 60% faster initial loading times once complete. The new system will also enforce sequential workout completion—users must finish each day's workout before proceeding to the next, ensuring better program adherence compared to the current open access model.

We've added native right-to-left (RTL) layout support for Arabic and Hebrew languages, providing a localized experience for these markets.
